Absoloutly amazing and friendly. They worked so good with my reactive pup and suck quick responses and help in their emergency department. Will be switching my primary vet to them. I couldn't ask for such a better place for my dogs. They always answered when I called for simple questions and were so helpful and upfront about anything so there was no surprises or major questions
They were very loving and caring with my Dog, it was his first time going to the vet for anything, they are all good people there… I have taken all of my Dogs there, for everything even for ending of life for some, that experience was very nice and comforting. They did that very well. Also like I said, they are very caring for you and your Pet…
I just wanted to say thank you to the entire Horse Heaven Hills Vet team! Both times I’ve brought my dogs here for urgent care appointments and they were given proper care plus treatment plans - in less than 2 hours! This is spectacular given the fact that it’s a same day/last minute call, in between seeing their normal patients. They made my dogs feel better again and I’m so thankful. I also appreciate the fact that their pricing is clear and upfront so you’re not caught off-guard. The vet tech and the veterinarian were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions - didn’t feel rushed.
They were able to get us into Urgent Care within a few hours, and I was very impressed with the friendly atmosphere and thoughtful, homey exam rooms. The vet and vet tech both examined my dog on the floor where he was comfortable, and tried to make the experience as easy on him as possible. The staff were all friendly and professional, and made sure we understood the costs, medications, and dosages. He's feeling much better and I will definitely use them again. Also, I thought the prices reasonable, especially considering it was an urgent visit.
The best urgent care/vet I've ever been to. Trustworthy and knowledgeable. The entire staff is incredibly helpful. The atmosphere in general really gives a sense of trust and puts you at ease about getting care for your furry family member. Plus it doesn't cost a crazy amount.
Horse Heaven Hills vet is the reason our precious Dog, Chug, is still with us. Besides their diagnosis and medications to make him comfortable in his old age they genuinely love him and treat him with love and affection when we take him in for treatment❤️
